Finishing Materials include door trim pinch welting, window beading, Velcro hook and loop strips, interior windlace, door sealing materials, and adhesives.

Door trim pinch welting, which is used to cover sharp edges and improve the appearance of your aircraft door entry way, comes in three colors: white, black, and light gray and costs $3/ft.

Window beading is used on the inside edge of plastic window panels next to the window glass to give your window a professional, finished look. It conforms to the part radius and lies smoothly against the part. Pre-determined lengths have been established for many Cessna models. If your aircraft is not listed, you will need to measure the interior dimensions of the window moldings in your aircraft to determine the total length of beading you will need. The color of the beading is white and sells for $2/ft.

Velcro hook and loop complies with FAR 25.853 Specifications and is available in two different colors: black and white. These 1 inch peel adhesive velcros can be used to attach pilot supplies, labels, or other parts inside the cabin and sell for $2/ft.

Interior windlace is designed to replace your original windlace to accent the interior of your aircraft. This windlace has been burn certified and exceeds FAR 25.853. It is available in eighteen (18) different colors, of which nine (9) are usually in stock. Those not in stock require a two-week lead time for delivery and are noted in the following catalog. The cost is $5/ft.

Door sealing materials come in three different configurations and are made of sponge rubber which is in compliance with FAR 25.853. It is used to seal cabin doors and baggage doors to prevent leaks and reduce wind noise. Door sealing materials come in strips and are sold by the foot at a cost of $2/ft.

Adhesives are available which are used to install aircraft finishing materials. The two types of adhesives sold are 3M Fast Tack Trim Adhesive and 3M Super Weatherstrip. Fast Tack Trim Adhesive is a light colored, fast drying, no-staining adhesive for attaching trim fabric, upholstery cloth, carpeting, door trim, window beading, and windlace. Super Weatherstrip is a strong, flexible, rubbery adhesive that can withstand vibration and extreme temperature variations. It can be used to bond weatherstipping to doors and baggage compartments. It provides the strength and rapid setting needed to hold weatherstripping in place. Fast Tack Trim sells for $9.95 and Super Weatherstrip sells for $10.50.
