HOW TO ORDER

GENERAL INFORMATION

Although this website has been designed primarily for online shopping, ARI wants to make your ordering experience with us as smooth and straightforward as possible, whether or not you feel at home on the internet. Therefore we are providing three ways to place your order: by the Online Shopping Cart, by the ARI Mooney Nose Cowl Order Form, or by the ARI General Offline Order Form. The Online Shopping Cart will be the easiest to use when you are making purchases as you browse the website. The two manual forms might be more effective when you know exactly what you want, when you do not have access to a computer, or when some research is needed away from your computer as you develop your order. We would appreciate your feedback concerning our ordering processes.

ONLINE SHOPPING CART

The Online Shopping Cart is always available as you browse the website. To select a part or product, simply click on the Buy Now! Button beside the product name and price. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART button, and return to your current shopping location by clicking on the CONTINUE button.

When you go to the VIEW CART area, you will have the following buttons: UPDATE, CONTINUE or CHECKOUT. If you make any changes to your cart, such as, adjusting quantities, emptying the cart, or removing items, you must click the UPDATE button for your changes to take effect. To add more items to your shopping cart you must click the CONTINUE button to return to where you left off shopping. To obtain a copy of your order or to submit your order for processing, click on the CHECKOUT button.

When you go to the CHECKOUT area, you will be prompted to SIGN IN with your e-mail address and password or CONTINUE if you are a new customer. If you click on the CONTINUE button, you will be prompted for your credit card mailing address, your shipping address, if different from your credit card address, your e-mail address and the password you will use to access your account information. You will also be prompted for your aircraft make, model, year of manufacture, registration number, and serial number. At this point you will be able to print and save your order.

When you are ready to submit your order, you will be prompted for your method of payment - whether by check, money order, or credit card. If you are paying by credit card, you will be prompted for your credit card number, expiration month and year, and V-Code (last 3-4 digit number on your credit card signature block). We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. When you click the SUBMIT button, your order will be automatically saved to your assigned order number. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, which will include your order number.

If you choose to pay by check or money order, you will SUBMIT your order online as a COD order and print a copy of the invoice, which you will mail to us along with your check or money order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, which will include your order number. Your order will also be submitted to ARI online, which will allow us to begin processing your order prior to receiving your check or money order in the mail. Credit card orders and orders paid by money order or cashiers check will be processed immediately. Orders paid by regular bank check will be processed immediately, but will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank.

Since a single ARI order may have items that are shipped from several different companies, it is not practical for us to determine shipping and handling charges in advance. Therefore, we will determine shipping and handling charges after your order has been placed with our suppliers. We will then let you know the charges and revise your order form to include the shipping and handling charges. If you must have shipping and handling charges in advance, please let us know in advance the parts you plan to order, we will then contact our suppliers for a shipping and handling estimate.

ARI MOONEY NOSE COWL ORDER FORM

The ARI Mooney Nose Cowl Order Form is designed for use when you are only ordering a Mooney nose cowl or a related part manufactured by Aero Resources, Inc. The form has all of the available parts and prices listed for your selection. To utilize this form, print a copy of the form and the Order Form Instructions. Use the Order Form Instructions to manually fill in the ARI Mooney Nose Cowl Order Form, then mail or fax the form to us along with your payment. We will do the rest.

ARI GENERAL OFFLINE ORDER FORM

There are few, if any, instances where the ARI General Offline Order Form would be more efficient than the Online Shopping Cart, except that you simply don't have access to a computer or the internet. In this instance, we could assist you in developing your order with this form. To utilize this form, print a copy of the form and the Order Form Instructions. Use the order form to list the products you want to order. Use the Order Form Instructions to properly fill out the form offline. Two pages of the form are provided to allow you to carry totals to multiple pages. Mail or fax the completed form(s) to us along with your payment. We will do the rest.
