AD INPUT INSTRUCTIONS

The Online Ad Input Form, which is shown under the next major heading below, is divided into nine sections (Section A through Section I). Section A is for the input of new and used aircraft for sale. You may enter your aircraft in two categories at no additional charge. For example, a single-engine turbo prop aircraft may be listed under the "Single Engine" and "Turbo Prop" categories. There are charges of $25 per ad per two-month period for each additional listing above two in Sections A, B, or C for classified ads and $50 per ad per two-month period for display ads. In Section A, when multiple aircraft are in one ad, the "Make" spec will be the title of the ad and should list a few of the predominent aircraft makes in the ad to improve the "Search" function.

Section B is for the input of Aircraft Products, Parts, and Services. It includes aircraft companies that might sell services for multiple makes and models of new or used aircraft. If a company services multiple aircraft makes or models in one ad, the ad title or descriptive text should include searchable words that describe the major aircraft makes or models serviced by the company, such as, single-engine, jets, Cessna, Piper, etc. This will enable the company ad to be included in most individual aircraft searches. Also, the year, make, model, and price specifications for a multiple aircraft ad should either be left blank or show "various" as the input.

Section C is for the input of Other Ad Categories related to the aviation industry. It includes aviation ad categories for Employment, Loans & Insurance, Aviation Organizations, Aviation Publications, Aviation Training, Real Estate & Buildings, Miscellaneous Services, and Other aviation related ads.

Section D is for the classified ad text. It has space for 350 characters (about 50 words) and counts down as the ad is written. It does not have to include the ad specifications provided in Sections A, B, or C above. Common aviation abbreviations are provided on the left column to enable you to pack more information into your ad. Telephone area codes are provided on the left column to enable your potential customer to determine where in the country you are located from your contact number. The contact address may not be included in all ads. The price information for classified ads is provided in Section D below.

Section E is where up to seven (7) photos can be linked to each classified ad. The price information for these photo links is included in Section D below.

Section F is for the input of descriptive text that introduces your company or product and the information that will be provided in up to six (6) display ad pages which will be linked to the text. It is set up identical to Section D with space for 525 charachers (about 75 words) and counts down as the ad is written. The descriptive text for companies with multiple aircraft and individual aircraft should include searchable words that describe the predominant aircraft in the display pages. This will enable the display ad to be included in most individual aircraft searches. The price information for display ads is provided in Section F below.

Section G is where up to six (6) display pages (pdf files) can be linked to the descriptive text in Section F above. Each of the display pages (pdf files) may include one or more 8.5 X 11 pdf pages. The input program will assume that each of the six (6) display pages will have only one 8.5 X 11 pdf page, which we will call the "standard display page." Additional 8.5 X 11 pdf pages in the pdf file above the standard one pdf page will be counted as extra pdf pages and will be charged accordingly. The price information for these display page links is included in Section F below.

Section H is where you input your shipping address and contact information, which will not be included in the ad.

Section I is where you input the credit card owner mailing address and contact information, which will not be included in the ad.

D.   ENTER TEXT OF CLASSIFIED AD (Not using all capitalization)

 

  1. Basic information about the item (s) you are advertising is included in the ad specifications above. This section allows you to provide a more detailed description of your product or service.
  2. Up to seven (7) photos or images may be linked to each classified ad.
  3. Each classified ad will normally have a minimum two-month display (change) cycle. There will be a $25 charge for minor changes to an existing ad, such as price, name, or contact number.
  4. The base rate for an ad is $50.00 for up to 350 characters (approximately 50 words) for two months. A six-month ad will be $135, which includes a $15 savings. A one-year ad will be $250, which includes a $50 savings. These discount prices include major changes after each two-month cycle. Add $15 to each two-month ad for bold typing. The Aviation Abbreviations Section will enable you to pack more information into each ad.
  5. The charge to add each photo to a classified ad is $25 for two-months. The charge to add seven (7) photos to a classified ad is $175 for a total classified ad cost of $225 for two months. The six-month charge to add seven photos is $483 for a total six-month classified ad cost of $618, a savings of $57. The one-year charge to add seven photos is $840 for a total one-year classified ad cost of $1,090, a savings of $260. Lesser numbers of photos will have the appropriate per photo charges of $25, $23, or $20 for the two-month, six-month, or one-year display periods, respectively. If the product in a particular photo sells before the end of the two-month ad cycle, a replacement photo may be inserted for 50% of the cost of the original photo and will run until the end of the two-month cycle.
  6. The basic classified ad price will include a listing under two (2) different ad categories. However, any ad listings under the "Aircraft" categories should have items or services for sale that relate to the aircraft categories identified. There will be a charge of $25 per two-month period for each additional ad category beyond two that your classified ad is listed in.
  7. There will be no direct links from this website to other website addresses, however email inquiries from your potential customers will go directly from this website to the email address you specify.

This section allows you to introduce your company or product and the information contained in the attached display ad page(s). If your display ad pages cover multiple makes and models of new and used aircraft, check the appropriate category of Section B above and write "various" in the next four spaces for year, make, model, and price or leave them blank. Use the "Ad Title" to list your major aircraft categories, such as, Single Engine, Multi Engine, Jet, etc. to improve the "Search" function.
  2. Up to six (6) display pages may be linked to the above display ad descriptive text.
  3. Each display ad will normally have a minimum two-month display (change) cycle. There will be a $25 charge for minor changes to the existing descriptive text during the two-month cycle.
  4. The base rate for the descriptive text is $75.00 for up to 525 characters (approximately 75 words) for two months. Six months of text will be $200, which includes a $25 savings. One year of text will be $375, which includes a $75 savings. These discount prices include major changes to the text after each two-month cycle. Add $25 to each two-month ad for bold typing of the descriptive text.
  5. The charge to add each standard display page (pdf file) to the descriptive text is $100 for two months. The charge to add six (6) standard display pages to the descriptive text is $600 for a total display ad cost of $675 for two months. The six-month charge to add six standard display pages is $1,656 for a total six-month display ad cost of $1,856, a savings of $169. The one-year charge to add six standard display pages is $2,880 for a total one-year display ad cost of $3,255, a savings of $795. Lesser or extra numbers of pages will have the appropriate per page charges of $100, $92,or $80 for the two-month, six-month, or one-year display periods, respectively. If the product on a particular display page sells before the end of the two-month ad cycle, a replacement display page may be inserted for 50% of the cost of the original page and will run until the end of the two-month cycle.
  6. The basic display ad price will include a listing under two (2) different ad categories. However, any ad listings under the "Aircraft" categories should have items or services for sale that relate to the aircraft categories identified. There will be a charge of $50 per two-month period for each additional ad category beyond two that your display ad is listed in.
