ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERING INFORMATION:

To shop for products on the ARI Website, select a Product Category from the Product Categories on the left menu bar or the Aircraft Categories on the top menu bar. Go to the desired product(s) and add the item(s) to the Order Form (Shopping Cart). When you are finished shopping, review the items on the Order Form (Shopping Cart) and make any necessary adjustments.

When you have finished reviewing and adjusting your Order Form (Shopping Cart), click on the "Checkout" button and you will be requested to login into your account with a Login ID and Passcode, if you have an existing product account, or you will be requested to set up a new product account (Register). In order to register, you will need to provide your credit card billing address and your shipping address if it is different from your billing address.

Next you will be requested to provide your aircraft make, model, year of manufacture, registration number, and serial number. This information will be used to assure that the products you purchase are certified for your aircraft and will also provide the information needed to develop Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) documentation where needed.

Before you order is submitted to ARI for payment, we will ask you to specify your desired method of shipment, ground, 2-day air, or overnight. If you would like shipping to be charged to your FedEX or UPS account number, you must enter the appropriate account number in the space provided.

Next submit the Order Form (Shopping Cart) to ARI for determination of shipping costs. Due to the size and complexity of the products on our website and the variation in suppliers, ARI will review each order, in accordance with your shipping instructions, to determine the most efficient way to drop ship directly from our supplier(s) to you. When you submit your order to ARI, it will automatically come to us as an email with additional information about the supplier(s) of the products you ordered. ARI will contact the supplier(s) to determine the cost for drop shipment from the supplier(s) directly to you.

Next ARI will add the total shipping costs to your Order Form and email it back to you with a PayPal Button, which will enable you to pay for your order through our PayPal account using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card. PayPal will notify ARI when your payment has been received. ARI will then fax the Purchase Orders, which were developed during the ordering process, directly to our supplier(s) for drop shipment to you.

We will request that each supplier email tracking information to ARI and to you when each order is shipped.
